31 Jul Next Bali IDC starts on 12 August and 16 September
Ready to start your next PADI Pro diving adventure? Join our PADI Instructor Development Course (IDC) on Bali in August or September at Joe’s Gone Diving and become a PADI Dive Instructor.
Our next PADI IDC starts on 12 August. If that is too early for you, you can also join our PADI IDC starting 16 September. Next to the IDC, you will also need to take the EFR (Emergency First Response) Instructor course. To complete your IDC and EFR Instructor course you will need about 14 days. After finishing your IDC, you will be enrolled in the Instructor Exams here in Sanur on Bali. The PADI Dive Instructor Exams take 2 days.
Once you completed your Instructor Exams, you can continue your adventure by joining our Master Scuba Diver Trainer-Prep program. In 3 days, you will learn to teach 5 different dive specialties. Once you have certified 25 people, you can apply to become a PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer (MSDT). Being able to teach extra specialties will make you more attractive for future employers plus it will make your dive instructor job much more fun.
To be able to join our Bali IDC, you will need to be a divemaster and a diver for at least 6 months. At the start you will need to have at least 95 dives and need to be certified in CPR and Medic First Aid in the last 24 months.
If you don’t meet these criteria yet, we can develop a tailor-made program for you, just send us an email.
The PADI IDC at Joe’s Gone Diving is taught by our in-house PADI Course Director Markus Gstrein. He speaks English, German and Spanish.
